- Currently on probation or has a case pending
- Extortion
- Extreme Violence (Aggravated Assault/Aggravated
Battery, Murder, Attempted Murder)
- False Imprisonment
- Indecent Exposure If Sexual In Nature
- Kidnapping
- Manslaughter (Including Vehicular
Homicide/Involuntary)
- Pornography
- Prostitution or Solicitation of Prostitution
- Sexual Offense (Lewd & Lascivious-Sexual
Battery, Rape, Sex With a Minor)

Years Old. Will Consider and Carefully Review If

- Burglary
- Felony Battery/Assault
- Felony Drug Use
